There is one answer to your question, and that is; "Legal Issues" Do you think any OTC company wants to get into any legal issues that can put them in a financial grave. If you have any doubts about CBIS I recommend you do some research on Dr. Melamede's speech at the Marijuana Conference. That right there should tell you "CBIS is the real deal".
