that is where tom megas needs to do HIS job, and he, for 2 and 1/2 years (since June 08) has ceased to be a leader here.

it is critical that megas make legal overtures now, but where is he? where is he? playing dodgeball with coconuts in PNG?

the PNG operations have been going on for a few years now - that no longers carries weight.
