Icbt not a "scam" til somebody is scamed or the scamer is proven to be scaming someone ,that it is black or white,not shades of gray,currently it is a company with agreements to be made soon with china gov't officials here in the near future,if said meeting do not take place within a alotted time frame and their is no good reason for delay,we may have problem on the party which stated said meetings and time frame! that is straight from the horses mouth(uncle jimmie) lets just chill and see what takes place in the next few weeks! go icbt ,Garth and Don I hope you come through for everybody (192 shareholders) if you don't its not going to be a pretty spring for ya"ll,it will be raining lots and lots of paper work with uncle jimmie name on it!lets hope for the best and be on stand by w/my uncle for the worst!Billstopay
