I have a Scottrade account and had to open an Etrade Global account because Scottrade does not trade on any foreign markets as they told me when I called them, and GRAFF will IPO on the Frankfurt Exchange. You won't be able to transfer your GRAFF dividend shares to your Etrade Global account until the IPO because Etrade said it would be too difficult to do it before the IPO because the GRAFF shares are "placeholders" until the IPO executes.
