I'm not sure what you're talking about. I'm not on your raft. Since we are not past the state court trial date I don't think you can take credit for anything. I merely postulated that one of the reasons we have not heard anything could possibility be Tmob is waiting. I never said that wasn't a possibility, I just don't see it as something that would hinder a settlement. My opinion, you don't have to buy it.
