Hi novicetrader. The managers of this company in China, particularly the old man himself, are very cautious when it comes to the release of news. I was hoping that the latest news release would deal with estimated sales and earnings for the quarter just ended, instead they came up with new business being signed in.
We have to read between the lines and interpret this news release the same ay as the one of Dec. 16; NEW BUSINES DEALS MEAN ADDITIONAL SALES AND INCOME.
Therefore, if we are confident that this stock is not a push and dump, we should accumulate shares now and be ready to profit later. My feeling is that whatever the good news coming from this company, it will simply move the stock GRADUALLY from this point on. We might see 5 dollar stock in a few months from now, UNLESS SOME SPECTACULAR EVENT TAKES PLACE LIKE A BUYOUT!!
