If they don't buy a single share, that hurts their credibility and I never thought that they would not buy back. I deeply believe that they will, and the question is just when that will happen.

If not this week, they will buy back shares later on, as that remedy the dilution and easily boost investors' willingness to buy.If I need to pick one from share buyback and issurance of dividend, I would choose the former one.
