It seems there are a few large buyers who are running this stock right now (Bird stock d-bag is one of them). They most likely have very large buys in at the bid and very large sells at the ask and just keep flipping at these prices. Hopefully something will help break this cycle so the large scale flippers stop controlling this stock.
