Because this stock is a scam!! Come on they have no products, no revenue source, nothing. All they have is a cool stock symbol that makes people think that they do something Marijuana related. They don't. Plus, before they mislead everybody into thinking how great the Hemp Network was, which isn't even owned by this company. The 2 felons, Bruce and Don, actually moved it to their next scam, PCIO. So you ask, "Why is this stock tanking?" The bigger question is "Why is it so high and why is this company worth $15 mil?"
