That is disturbing to me
Jack stating "hopefully all will go well with the S-1"
Is he referring to the one that hasn't been submitted yet.
Sounds like communication with the SEC is about as good as
communication with shareholders from this outfit.
This could be a fantastic little company AND investment
opportunity, but you would never know it, because the
appropriation of meaningful information is woefully inadequate.
