I wouldn't say it is (definitely a bull flag) either, since I don't have enough experience identifying and following these patterns, but it certainly is following the script of a bull flag pattern as described.
If we get the 2-3% breakout(above 5.45)the question will be, will the pullback test(of that breakout)hold and confirm the pattern, at which point we'd be looking for about a .70 advance (to about 6.15) based on the technical pattern.
That would be generally in the ballpark of Jan's original (channel breakout)predictions.
As usual, I'm betting that it will confirm. But then imminent positive news is likely to overwhelm this pattern, at which point much higher targets will be appropriate.
