Jaanu: This has been halted by our risk department.
Jaanu: I'm awaiting to find out why.
you: ok
Jaanu: There is a 1 : 55 Reverse split.
you: there was a 1:5500 reverse split, but that was a month ago
Jaanu: I see that. in the history
you: ok so the reason is because there was a split? how does that work?
Jaanu: While there is a corporate action the stack trading is halted.
you: ok? when will it be unhalted
you: there is no reason it should be halted, other brokerages are trading....
Jaanu: When the company releases the shares, we will update the share holders
Jaanu: since we are a direct access brokerage all of our orders go directly to the market
Jaanu: Some other brokerages might be willing to risk giving clients shares before they have been released to the markets
