I don't think the state case would last more than a week and the Tmob case still has various requirements to meet before a jury trial. The jury trial for the Fed case was originally scheduled for Nov 2011, but if it resumes will be sometime in 2012 probably. The Markman Hearing was scheduled for Dec 2010, but that would be pushed to sometime this year if the case resumes. Since we were only about a month from the Markman Hearing I would guess that the Markman Hearing would be scheduled again about a month or two after the case resumes, if it ever resumes.
