Thanks philly ... it seems you are saying that ENHD is going back to the pinks to save accounting fees which seems different than what others seem have been saying that shareholders will no longer have rights to the company.

You ask why would JADA do the same thing ... I'm so confused that I'm not even sure if this is possible, but I would ask why wouldn't they do the same thing if management could cease/steal all the shares to be 100% owners amoungst themselves?

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding something here? If, like I think you say, ENHD is going to the pinks with ownership rights of shareholders remaining in tact, then ENHD could surely be a buying opportunity.
