Do you have reason to believe that you are the only one who was there and heard anything pertinent?

I assume "there" is the AGM, because that was the subject of my conversation with jimmenknee, as well as the subject of jimmenknee's conversation with GWMAN. Was I the only one there? Of course not. Was I the only one who heard anything pertinent? Of course not. I never claimed otherwise.

Your question #2:

Unless this is true why would you assume he was referring to you and not another witness?

I assumed jimmenknee was referring to me because we have been engaging in an ongoing discussion on this topic. GWMAN (who I have great respect for, by the way) intervened during out discussion. jimmenknee then made the post he did, which prompted my response (the one you are now questioning). Note that jimmenknee also responded to my post and did not suggest that his comment was directed at someone OTHER THAN ME. Now, if you would like further background, I suggest you go back to the beginning of our discourse, which is where I tried to direct you.
