So far, it appears that the AM announcement may be concidered as potential positive news by investors. Given the trading action in AH many traders/investors are betting on positive news from the company.
And finaly, if Xoma had bad news for investors they could have simply unloaded on us after the market closed today.
All of the above is JMHO and a little wishfull thinking.
