I sure hope you're right as i was one of those who bought alot of my shares during the high's the stock made last Spring. Oh well, i've always believed in management and the fundamentals look terrific. I do wish they would reconsider the company's structure (shareholders only own the company that is assigned the profits from another company). Not sure why they would want to set it up this way.

For 2011 all chinese listed companies need to be squeaky clean in all their reported financials. That being said, I sure hope LOTUS can retain the services of a Big 4 auditor in 2011, that would be a great start. Also, i would recommend:

1. Announcing a cash dividend
2. Uplist (that's a given)
3. Update their website, provide photos of new bldg., shareholders dont like to be kept in the dark

These are my thoughts for the company as we head into 2011.
