Stock symbol JRIV has 4 market makers on the bid side on Mar 15th... shows strong support for the price.

How does MM's on bid on March 15th, show support now?

Aren't there 18 MM's at .0001?

Sorry if these are stupid questions, but i'm no L2 expert.
