Well, if you believe the notion that there are two "falcons" finishing a deal at an agreed on PPS (14-16) being used to fund or pay into a JV, then you can see it as a very positive thing. The T-trades themselves are not good or bad. It's what they would appear to be psychologically for anyone joining BFHJ in some sort of partnership. If you believe that someone or something is accepting large amounts of BFHJ shares in exchange for cash, then clearly someone or something very close to BFHJ executives feels the shares will be a worthwhile exchange. If this is all true, then our investments are on the same par as a large partner of the company. A partner that may have say in the daily operations of the company.
