What kind of an assertion would you like? The dates, with the initial sale of the PP occurring first and the AGM following after, are irrefutable-- agreed?
So if during the AGM there was talk of the possibility of a PP using future tense-- as your post clearly indicates -- is that not the equivalent of lying? If not, then careful parsing and semantics must be employed-- no?
Are we not then quibbling over the difference between deceit and lie?
