Any NYC lawyers aren't cheap but you're certainly not getting your money's worth, Whit. He's probably on the take too. Welcome to NYC. CR probably has both lawyers and the judge with their hand out. You don't stand a chance. You should sue Ernie for screwing up from the beginning. What lawyer would leave out the most serious allegation? Was it some kind of oversight? I doubt it. No wonder he's such a prick on the phone.
