EVE...court action is a tough call and a rough road to travel in order to get peanuts on the dollar. It would only be a self gratification deal and not worth much else in terms of bucks.
As for sending the product to NOVA...you might check with UPS first to see if they will deliver to a destination that has no lights burning inside...they may not want to leave all the product on the front stoop. By the way...your plan may not work as the product may not be available in the first place...may be out of stock..!!!
