just a couple of "lies" off the top of my head. As a trader, these two misrepresentations are very important to the trading price of the stock:

1) he said no more financing. Then he does the 2nd PIPE? The stock tanks HUGE and the investors are stuck.
2) $10Million media credits. OH WAIT, it was an accounting "error". Many claim it's no big deal. But come on, the $10M media credits were to bolster the financials while in the process of closing financing. $10M is not a trivial rounding error of a number ! Then after the financing closed, they "corrected" the lie, i mean ACCOUNTING ERROR! Coincidence?!

So based on these points alone, can I use the term LIAR?!

Other "experts" in here can come up with more...
