If there were a government agency that held their feet to the fire, then they would have to account for all those shares. After all someone bought those shares right? So at some point there would be more shares sold than what exists. Then suddenly the MM's have a big problem if they are made accountable that is. Isn't March supposed to be the month of reckoning?
But then again, if the company is selling those 20 billion shares, Steveooo is right and we are F*#ked!
But somehow I don't think that is the case. Intuition has not led me here for nothing...

P.S. I have been working on this post for over an hour at least. I have a very time sensitive job where I can only spend a few minutes an hour before I have to jump up tend to business and then an hour later I might get another 2 or 3 minutes. That is why I sometimes have to many typos...Everything is always done very quickly....
