The SEC/Judge accepted a settlement based on NO ADMISSION OF GUILT. The government and judical system have accepted that Jared/EESO are not guilty. The only thing further litigation could do is continue to screw the longs. There is no possibility of criminal charges. Judy is exactly correct, ANY type of litigation from this point forward will be fruitless and only make money for the attornies. I'm pissed off too but I don't think it's a good idea to shoot myself in the other foot. IMO GLTA
