I think its people cashing out before FRMC falls more. Was hot for what, about a week? Now its sinking like a ship and investors are getting out before it gets worse, as there hasn't been any new news or updates. Has been pretty low volume and low traffic on the board here for several days.

It could be dilution, like I said, but I said it with a question mark. If I was the CEO, I'd either try to dilute inconspicuously at the ask or in chunks here in there.
