Cool, I did not know that.

Indeed, SA#I had a buyout offer and their PPS sat at below 5% of the offer. Folks on that board still think the offer is legitimate. Wasn't aware of the BSC situation, but regardless it is very different with a NASDAQ level company and a stinky pinky.
