*ENTI has already signed a term sheet for $20million LOC, this is in place, only contingency is up-list.
*Regarding membership counts:
The numbers of 1,000 to 2,000 are not accurate from the previous friend search count. It is inaccurate on the very low end. ENTI is signing up at least 100 to 200 members per day. Out of those, 70% are paid members at $9.99. Of the 70%, 40% are $14.99 members.
