That is old news from a very wealthy CEO who has already stated that he intends to increase his land/mine holdings to place him in a strong position to merger with a top-tier international mining operation. For him to accomplish that, he will need to continue making large capital investments in the region.

Now just IMO, but I certainly would not be too keen on letting every other competitor know all the details. SAEI also stated on there website that they were attacked by bashers and hackers.... I know worse things have happened, and I know the SEC has them on the radar. At this point they are about the only body that I will take as FACT regarding any of the old PR's...
