I'm sure that many on this board are aware of the fact that I've had my share of guestions and concerns, and have taken my share of beatings. I have always been an advocate of a 'fair and balanced' approach. There are probably many new, and potentialy new investors that read this board, that also have many questions, and concerns, (yes, even if they have done their DD), and I'm sure they appreciate all of the questions, and reponses. In that respect, I agree with Pamplonan, and beeh.

But on the other hand, I agree with JP, and Success. We have to watch how we word things, and think before we post. Things can easily be taken out of context, and therefore cause a 'chain-reaction'.

I feel, that as investors on a public discussion board, we need to walk a fine line. IMO, we don't want to come across as a bunch of 'pumpers', wearing nothing but rose-colored glasses. Because, the reality is, that NEOM does face many hurdles at the present time, that are proving to be tough, (but not impossible) for them to get over. That, IMO, might send a subtle message of deception, to potential investors. On the other hand, we don't want to come across as a bunch of worriers, either. That can be a form of subtle 'bashing', which can send a bad message as well. However, the reality of THIS fact, is that NEOM HAS overcome many hurdles already, and they are on the brink of unleashing an absolute monster platform. And when they do, all of this will be Water Under 'The Bridge'. (pun, intended!)

Just my two cents
