That's at least 500,000 at that price that I've seen. Since it's almost impossible for anybody to have accumulated that much IBCS stock lower than that to sell at a profit, IMO they could be S-8 shares. Again, nothing wrong with that.

As stated before, all Form 4s and the 10KSB will show current stock ownership and who got stock and how much this year.

Not too much longer to wait. I just don't think the buying pressure is ever enough to even move a 50-60 million share float.
