On a recent Seeking Alpha article, this paragraph was their conclusion:

>>The problem with gold stocks is you can't depend on our trusty valuation ratios, cash flow curves, or other normally useful parameters. Gold stock value is not about money put on past statements, it's all about pulling future ore from their properties. You have to analyze the price of gold with all its complexity and danger. But most importantly, you must look inside the minds of the people who run the companies.<<

Obviously you've made your investigation and have come to your conclusions.

Having founded and operated a successful small biz for 22 years ... started with $500 in my basement ... I can tell you first hand not everything works like clockwork! Funding isn't always there and people disappoint on their supposed abilities and performance. Its not easy. Until you've been in an entrepreneur's shoes, critique is easy.

However ... a few of the things I expect to see in 2011:

1. La Currita will be JV or sold ... Paramount's big hit is 30 meters off our property line.

2. The company has shifted focus from building and operating mines to doing what it does best ... locating and acquiring good properties.

3. Various JVs will be announced: 1.) One will operate Don Ramon. 2.) One will develop Picacho. 3.) One will develop El Tigre. 4.) The merger will occur between TRGD and TARM. 5.) Additional properties will be acquired and JVs will be considered for those properties.

Will all of these occur? I don't know ... but its a pretty good starting list for 2011.

If you can't stomach the frequent changes that take place in Jr. Resource Mining ... what are you doing here?
