My advice is to not mail them. With the potential value of these. certs,unless there are just a few, there is no wayy, I would blindly ship em off to some broker. If at all possible, make an appt and sit belly to belly, make copies for your files and have the provide you with a receipt once transferred over. If you choose to send em, see me later,I have a bridge for sale.
