Isn't that an important fact to know?
The fact is that know one has a clue about this fund because there's nothing about it anywhere on the Internet other than it's being mentioned as an investor on the Sunlogics webpage.
Do you think there could be a problem if, in fact, Michael Matvieshen had some inside relationship with the Power Fund? What if this is an R/M between his own two companies? That clearly would not be doing business at arm-length, now, would it?
Yet, no one here can say what his relationship with the Power Fund is, can they?
