You're saying the "President" bought Mr. Salamon's shares? Who is the "President"? Are you referring to Michael Matvieshen? You wouldn't have to be "guessing" about this transaction if a Form 4 was filed.
I'm guessing that large sale at $0.086 weeks ago was in aeffect the reverse merger taking place. The President of Sunlogics buying the majority of the stock in SLMU in order to own the shell, and eventually transfer all assets, contracts and revenues over from Sunlogics Power Fund.
1. You don't know who bought the 9 million shares from Salamon, because no Form 4 was ever filed. A Form 4 should have been filed.
2. You don't know who owns the Power Fund, do you?
3. Does Michael Matvieshen have an inside relationship with the Power Fund?
4. Could this R/M simply be some self-dealing between two companies (Power Fund and SLMU)that are both being operated by Mr. Matvieshen?
5. How do you know that SLMU merges with Sunlogics when the R/M is with the Power Fund?
Nice try, but you didn't answer a single question.
