I understand the fact that you may want to try to help people avoid, investing in P&D, and highly suspect situations, I like many have been burned bad and am gunshy when investing down here, BUT what has happened to me is that I look at everything from a negative looking glass, and miss many-a-opportunity because I think the sky is falling on everything!!
Anyway, I am like a detective myself and, thought the same exact thing, BUT
I am hoping there is a resonable answer for your buddies question like:
1) That was the deal that John, and SLMU made when he left, to sell all , or the controlling part of his shares, and he didnt do bad anyway @ .086
2) He didnt know about the merger, so you snooze you looze, maybe they didnt want him to know
I did infact speak to Mike the CEO of both companies Friday , and waiting for him to get back to me today or tomorrow about some more questions I have.
The email Mike gave was a Sunlogics email address, and said hat he was the CEO of Sunlogics, and now CEO of SLMU....what more do you need!
I think if the SS can be verified, this will go NUTS as the MERGER looks solid
Who knows this could be a MULTI-BAGGER from these levels
The DD so far is very impressive!!
I got shaken off 10K shares, that I purchased
@ .20.... I sold @ bottom .15 (-$500)
BECAUSE I THOUGHT THE SKY WAS FALLING (and your posts dont help)
I have one question for you if an 8K where to be filed with the SEC, would that help you believe that Sunlogics Power Fund is revers merging into Salamon group???
