And....as far as 'taking D&D Displays private'......D&D Displays is a private company right now....a private company that relies on JD selling EXPH shares at a huge discount in order to keep D&D Displays doors open.


Rent is coming due once again and Wilkes Holdings needs to be paid. With this in mind.....a spin-off-new subsidiary would be needed.....perhaps the Doghouse sector would stay with the publicly held and diluted EXPO HOLDINGS while the insiders re-inherit D&D Displays......leaving EXPH SOR's holding the bag and responsible for all of the overhead. And don't forget CIMA...the remnant of what used to be a BANKRUPT Builders choice cabinets.Time to pump CIMA and Doghousing...don't you think?
