I agree about R/S. It seams companies attempt it mostly to catch bigger fish and don't rely on revenues to create greater value. It tends to be a sure sign that a company needs bigger investers to get through the R+D tunnel to even mak a profit. I'm hoping ACTC will just continue to develop and get the products to market.
