I don't really think it's wishful thinking. I actually thought we would be at .25 by now. There really is no reason why we shouldn't be. As soon as we get significant news, we won't see .25 for very long because the price will jump past this price very quickly.

I see these reasons for the share price being .25.

(1)The current state case is scheduled to go to trial in Feb, about a month away.
(2)The Daic parties have dismissed the patent issue presently.
(3)The Daic parties are now in a situation of being less able to negotiate with Calypso for any kind of deal.
(4)Tmob is seriously talking to Calypso about a settlement or agreement.
(5)Calypso has a good case against the Daic parties regarding interference and it only gets better with a Tmob settlement or agreement.
(6)The Daic parties are now neutralized and unable to control anything going on with the Tmob case or the internal workings of Calypso.
With a Tmob settlement, Calypso will be in a position to pay any settlement due the Daic parties, if by chance a ruling goes against Calypso in the state case.
(7) Any settlement announcement regarding Tmob will elevate the pps above $1 and possibly to $5 pps.

So in my estimation the risk is dramatically less than it was previously and the share price should be around .25 based on this lowered risk going forward. I don't think there are any negative surprises going forward. We have all of the attorney representation we need at this point and Calypso will take both cases to the end. Unlike the old BOD, the new BOD is focused on advancing the patent and improving shareholder value.
