they have a share discrepancy which is why
ETC couldn't be spun off and imo it was traced
back to TDA

This doesn't even make any sense. They have a share discrepancy, so there will be a reverse split? How on earth will a reverse split fix a share discrepancy?

If they knew about it, they would simply fix it.
