The coal deal was never going to happen IMO.

No way was ALTO going to get a $5,000,000 non dilute loan to give away. ALTO does not even have enough $$ for their OWN operations, how can they fund another company?!... It makes no logical sense

It was just a pump tactic IMO... another failed initiative on a long list
