JADA-- some very "promising" news is that JADA must now get a new auditor since Ted Davis (of Davis Accounting Group) is in jail in Utah for writing some bad checks. See the thread over at YMB. I think Davis is/was the auditor for BFAR.OB, CNOA.OB and other CHFI-assisted companies, because Davis has some Chinese nationals performing translation work for them....

Now that Davis is behind them, any change of auditors by JADA can be perceived as good news, imo....

I don't think JADA needs to pay big bucks for one of the very top echelon auditors, but there are some well-respected smaller firms, as i gather from reading Rames (at his stock tracker site), as well as Chad Sykes & RatoBranco posting at CGS board.

Anyway, below is the official 2009 top-twelve ranking of auditors (ranked according to amount of biz they do) from PCG (Inside Public Accounting).

Maybe JADA can get one of these top twelve or a smaller but respected firm (any recommended names for some of us to suggest to JADA's i.r. guy Yangyi?)

TOP TWELVE AUDITORS:

Deloitte
Ernst & Young
PwC (PriceWaterhouseCoopers)
KPMG
($5 billion annual revenue)

McGladrey Pullen
Grant Thornton
BDO
CBIZ
Crowe Horwath
($500 million annual revenue)

BKD
Moss Adams
Plante & Moran
($300 million annual revenue)
