Careful of the rare earths,, the real news is starting to flow.. China now talking about not cutting exports as much and you also have to keep in mind none of these companys have production for at least a year and the whole industry is only 2 bil a year and mcp alone right now has a market cap of 4.5 bil.. thinking they are going to keep these propped up till next week to pad the 2011 book
