Yes the site is down and has been for a while. From what I'm shown they are out of TX. There has been alot of stuff that has went down between HTOG and UPDV. We are hopeful that they will figure out how to get away from UPDV (they're legal issues and court issues) Maybe HTOG has done that I don't know, haven't heard nothing from them after all this went down. UPDV did all the illegal stuff HTOG was just caught in it, as they have REAL product. UPDV had nothing but lies!

Their well leases are producing at 100% capacity and they produce gas only. Which I see could be a benefit in 2011 as the gas is expected to rise as well as oil price. They have been revoked in Nevada, yet it just maybe temporary from what I'm told.
