Just a few ticks away from it now, but hey sure... maybe it's some sort of a moral victory for the longs that the PPS is barely hovering above the 000s still. But does it really say a lot that the PPS is .0013 though? Considering it was once over 5 cents and many believed it would be much higher by now...

Oh, and since you brought up wishful thinking... I wonder how many are still believing in the possibility of a strong financial coming up...
