Are the penny shorting websites Getting Ready To Target TSMH?

Well we have had a great run! Now history repeats, I have all ready seen those people who target penny stocks to short talking about this. It's seems like this is usually what they wait for, then they manipulate the price down by shorting it as a group.

I don't know how these penny short sites get away with it!
