You think there is now around 380 million O/S?

As of September 30, 2010 pinksheets is showing 181 million O/S (this is a good fig that makes this attractive)

So they issued an additional 200 million shares from Sep 30th to now (that's 200 million issued in the last 3 months) in your opinion.

If this is true I sure hope they had a good reason to do so, anything above the high 200's O/S is a turn off for many. Hope they keep the O/S low.
