Why this stock is going much higher? As well as Cerro Dorado.

Anyone who follows these two stocks know their is a purported Naked short of huge magnitude in both companies.

I think Cerro at one point did an account of their major shareholders and they held more then the float. No one knows for sure but I hear 100 million plus for CDCH and 1 billion plus for MDMN.

Why I think their is going to be a huge squeeze. I think when the official news is out and the details of JV are given I think its going to spook the market makers, shorters, and brokerage firms carrying the failure to delivers. Market makers won't participate anymore on shorting it in behalf of their clients and the brokers floating the ftd's will probably start making phone calls that they need to cover or the firm will do it for them.

I expect all hell is going to break loose. I think word will spread that a forced cover is on and other institutions will take advantage of the situation. The institutions most likely who go long will know what the short positions look like and will know what to expect. Also the poere of the people will come in full force. This is a story that has been out their a long time. News also spreads fast.

I personally thing people should spread the word on the most active forums of whats going on. The more eyeballs the better.

I am holding on for multiple dollars on both stocks. Fundamentally I think they are still cheap. With the size of the short positions the skys the limit.
