The imminent decision is for the acceptance of the filing of the NDA for Exelbine. I was responding to a comment about the APPROVAL decision for the NDA, which if the filing is accepted, will be in Sept 2011.

The 514 NDA will not be filed until spring 2012 at the earliest (assuming acceptable data, they need at least 12 months stability data which they have not begun to collect and will not until green lighted by the FDA re: the trial data). Culley has said in recent docs that 514 NDA filing it is about 2 years away, which I believe to be conservative on his part. In any event, best case on an approval decision for 514 is early 2013.

Best to keep real info on the board for new investors.
