Rogue - Phoenix housing market:

The Phoenix housing market may not be as bubblified (new word) as some, but the wages out here have never been very high; so it's hard to see how the current and rising home values are going to be supported going forward.

If I had my way, I would sell our new home which we haven't even moved into yet since it has already appreciated quite a bit in the 8 months since we signed the contract to build it.

I would, also, sell our current home and find a rental until the market came back to some semblance of normalcy. I'm sure my wife would veto the idea, though.

Many huge winners will be found here among the micro-caps. You probably have one in your portfolio right now. There will be many seemingly good reasons to sell it too early.......
